Terms of Service

Marina Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, wash & fold, alterations, household item cleaning, and local pickup and delivery in Laguna Niguel and nearby areas.

Turnaround and route availability depend on route days, order volume, and the care your garments require.

Prices shown on this website are standard starting prices. Specialty fabrics, construction, embellishments, heavy staining, and special handling may require a different price.

When an item requires additional care or an additional charge, we will contact you and confirm before proceeding.

Local pickup and delivery is available in selected service areas with a $50 minimum order. Routes run on scheduled days.

Please place your garments in a bag and leave them in the agreed location at the agreed time. If items are not out when our driver arrives, we will contact you to reschedule.

We inspect items before cleaning and choose the care method we believe is appropriate for the fabric, construction, and condition of each garment.

Some items carry inherent risks — including but not limited to pre-existing damage, weak or degraded fabric, color instability, beading, sequins, trim, adhesives, and decorations. We will let you know if we believe an item carries unusual risk before we clean it.

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning, tell us promptly. We will inspect the item again and determine whether additional cleaning or finishing may help. Claims for items we have cleaned should be raised within 30 days of pickup.

Please collect your items promptly. Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days may be subject to storage or disposal in line with applicable California law.
